Eaton is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Excavator Operator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about maintaining and repairing equipment used in environmental services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Essential Duties:

Safely operate hydraulic excavators for trenching, utility installation and site preparation
Excavate for storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water main installations
Set trench boxes and shore trenches as described in the safety standard
Excavate around existing utilities
Assist with grading and backfilling as required as part of the dirt crew
Coordinate with the ground crew and foreman to ensure cuts and slopes are accurate.
